Driver cleaner pro & driver sweeper

is it just a default list of what drivers to clean?

cause i seen in driver cleaner pro it has turtle beach, nvidia stuff, razer mouse?

where did that stuff come from?

i just put this computer together only thing i didnt buy new was the motherboard can stuff be left on there from the previous owner?

These utilities are not needed by the vast majority of computer users. Just use the normal windows uninstall.

I believe that one of them is no longer free, and the other remains free although it is bundled with some sort of malware/spyware with no way to opt out.
