Drive remapping freeware?

Is anyone aware of a freeware app that will remap drives that have been moved or had their letters changed, much like WinDoctor or PM's DriveMapper?

By not recommended, he means that if you do, your computer won't boot any more... at least that's my experience 🙁

indeed. i did that when my XP install went to F drive on a new build. fubar'ed everything. now i can't imagine having my boot drive as C:/
