I prchused a computer from iBuyppower and one of the drives isnt working. How can I fix this?
On windows device manager theres a red x over it

Which component driver is it? It could be an easy fix by simply removing the existing driver or uninstalling the component and having it detected again. Or maybe downloading a driver from their support homepage. Always try the easy approach first for getting personal customer support is something that is not easy to get even though they advertised it otherwise.

Oh another thing, usually when it is a red "X", it means that the component is disabled and not necessarily a driver issue but rather a hardware issue. It could be disabled in the bios.
