Drive getting filled on its own

Okay, I'm running Windows 7 and my C drive is getting filled up on its own. Every time I refresh 'My Computer', there's less and less space in my C drive. This happens till there's no space left. Obviously, I'm not transferring any data onto the drive. This happens by itself.

What the hell's going on?

Something is writing to the drive. Open it in explorer and find the folder etc that is being written to and maybe there will be a clue. What processes are running, what programs. Turn them off until it stops to isolate the offender. It could be malware, virus ...

You can use "Super Finder" to search for all files on your computer and then sort them by date, you'll find the recently written files/folders then.
