I use DriveCopy 4.0 regularly. At $29 it is almost free - and it is fast and accurate. the best way to use it is to create the bootable floppy set or CDR, then connect the two drives and away you go. The OS never gets involved and things go very smoothly - NTFS, FAT, FAT32, and partitions of each. No problem. Ghost and DriveImage can also do it that way, but they are much farther away from "free" on the food chain. 🙂
On the really free side, there are utilities that come with new HDDs that will do the same thing, but less selectively - ie., MaxBlast for Maxtor drives.
