Are we talking about Bailey's here? Try Irish coffee (I think that's the correct name). Coffee with a good shot of Bailey's and a bit of whipped cream on top.

Someone else will probably recommend Irish Car Bombs (which I have yet to try).

No worries. It's still my favorite dessert, especially when made just right with a little cinnamon and and good deal of whip cream on top of it.
 
I second the notions for B-52 (one of my favorite shooters, although it's weak), Mudslide, Irish Car Bomb, and the Cement Mixer is great, granted a little nasty. You'll see what we mean when you try it.

Just take it on the rocks, I love to chill with a good glass of Baileys on a nice evening.
