Depends on the Irish man.

Are we talking about Bailey's here? Try Irish coffee (I think that's the correct name). Coffee with a good shot of Bailey's and a bit of whipped cream on top.

Someone else will probably recommend Irish Car Bombs (which I have yet to try).

🙂

My favourite is the Irish Car Bomb.
You'll need a Guinness, some irish whiskey, and some Baileys, but it's amazing.

I can attest to that!

An Irish coffee has either Jameson or Bushmills in it. Not Bailey's.

No worries. It's still my favorite dessert, especially when made just right with a little cinnamon and and good deal of whip cream on top of it.

I second the notions for B-52 (one of my favorite shooters, although it's weak), Mudslide, Irish Car Bomb, and the Cement Mixer is great, granted a little nasty. You'll see what we mean when you try it.

Just take it on the rocks, I love to chill with a good glass of Baileys on a nice evening.

On the rocks with a fine cigar. One of the best ways to spend a summer evening.
