i can vouch... raw egg does not taste like ass. go try tossing some salad and tell me it tastes the same. it does not. as for getting sick from it? nope, never have. anyone eat hot pot, and make the sauce from soy sauce, raw egg, and satay sauce?

someone correct me if i'm wrong... but isn't whey protein incomplete? not the same as meat protein?
 
Raw egg has no nutritional value beyond the water it contains. The protiens cannot be processed unless the egg is cooked (something to do with Iron Bonding).

egg can cause problems with those not used to eating them raw.

The protein powders today are much better for digestion and total protein assimulation by the body. Cheaper than equal dosages of egg, milk and meats too.
