Trust me, size DOES matter. Well, maybe not length, but THICKNESS. When they say "It's the motion of the ocean, not the size of the wave" they lie.

In truth, it MAY cause temporary shrinkage similar to being cold.

This MAY be caused by the caffeine. Caffeine causes your blood vessels in your extremities to constrict slightly. This is why some people get cold hands and feet if they drink a lot of caffeine. Those same people may experience a temporary shrinkage. MAY. If it happens, it's not permanent.

If a guy experiences this from Mt. Dew, he'll experience it any time he drinks a lot of caffeine.

I'm not sure MD has caffeine in it. But then again, that would also apply to Coke and Pepsi as well..

canadian mountain dew doesn't. it's illegal to put caffiene in a citrus drink.

Mt. Dew is nasty. What would be the point of drinking it if it didn't give you a hit of caffeine??

Why can't they put caffeine in citrus drinks? Any medical reason, or was this bill passed so there would still be a soft drink on the market that was caffeine free?

I remember when Pepsi made Storm. First off, it tasted like crap, and then it had caffeine. That was awful.

Oh yeah, I'm assuming orange drinks are covered by the bill. Is that why you Canadians have the awesome tastyness that is C-Plus?
