Drinking Game Cups

Christmas is coming soon and I'm looking for a cup or glass that has measuring marks that are easy to see that can show how much a drink or a sip is.

The reason being is that my family members will play drinking games, but I have a sneaky bastard brother-in-law who loves to give out drinks but really doesn't drink when he's told to, so I want a way to keep an eye on him. Something I can give as a Christmas gift.

Any ideas?
 
Red SOLO plastic cups have markings for shots, small pours and full glasses. It's the ultimate party cup. It's actually illegal to have a bad time while holding a red SOLO cup, though no one has ever been prosecuted under that law because it is also physically impossible to have a bad time under those circumstances.

Buy the damn cups already!
