Drinking coconut water as an alternative to regular water

Just a very random thought that just popped into my head...what would be the consequences of this? Diarrhea? Sickness? Vomiting?

But after all, coconut water is made up of mostly water...

See the thing is I like coconut water and I was ... kind of wondering if it was bad for you by using an extreme scenario (drinking it for 1 year without drinking water).

You see, I only drink beer and Mt. Dew and I am a model for the male stud.
I do have occasional diarrhea though 😕
 
I had a roomate who lived off of dope and mt dew. Coconut milk should sustain you, ask a doctor though.
 
young coconut juice is delicious, one of the best place for them, NYC canal street...

drink it right out of the coconut itself...

cheaper than Tahiti....

Yeah, but the ones you get in a bottle is a POS. I went to India over the summer and took a fresh coconut (the green ones, so they're tender as opposed to the brown one) and drank from it. Excellent stuff. EXCELLENT stuff I'm telling you. But I've drunk the bottled/pre-packaged crap and it tastes really shitty compared to the farm fresh ones.
