Maybe you should rethink your drinking habits. Being around a mean drunk will lose you friends quickly.

my ex was a mean drunk and it lead to our divorce.

Ah yes, someone back in high school got mad and punched a door - a heavy steel exterior door. The teacher said something to the effect of, "That was a really stupid thing to do. Go to the nurse."
And then his hand got all swelled up and gross.

Boomer, even with the pictures, your stories still aren't as good as NuclearNeds'.;)

Thanks, but there's no intent to compete with NN. I just figured that if the OP is this stupid, maybe pictures would be easier to understand than words...:p

This is making me remember all the really stupid shit I did while drunk. There's a very good reason I don't get that drunk anymore. Beyond a certain level of inebriation there is a relatively small potential for me to make an unbelievably embarrassing ass of myself. I think that potential exists in everyone. Still doesn't make it any prettier.

there used to be a difference between boxer's and barroom fractures. boxer's fractures used to be the 4th metacarpal neck and barroom fractures used to be the 5th metacarpal neck.

yeah, this is one of those "live and learn" moments.

don't drink liquor if it turns you into a savage. a lot of young tryhards learn this the hard way. try beer, if problem persists, don't drink too much... just have a few.

Ditto, but I guess inebriation brings out the bottled up or covered up emotions. If you're suppressing anger, it's coming out when you're drunk. I'm not talking buzzed, I'm talking drunk drunk.

For some. I can be pissed, have a few beers and forget all that mess.

If I have more I just get sleepy and go to bed, problems or not.

I think those that get violent drunk just spend all day trying not to get violent. They are dangerous sober or drunk.

I once punched the wall in my room at frustration (got disconnected in the middle of an intense match we were about to win, I was really young ok?), except I won (drywall), which was sort of worse. Because then I'm sitting there, my hand hurts like hell so I can't really play the next match (blood and bits of drywall), and have to somehow explain this hole in the wall to my parents.

Edit: I don't do stuff like that when drunk though, I'm a happy drunk :)

I find I don't get angry when intoxicated. Then again, I just found out that I go for the bottle when I get angry... Alcoholic in the making here.

I've kicked a hole in a wall while sober.

When drunk the worst I'll do is maybe subtly hit on some chicks. :(
