Drinking + anger + walls = bad

So last night I was drinking with a couple friends and I got kinda silly angry... and decided to punch the wall.

The wall won.

Sitting here now with a "Boxer's fracture" and my right hand is immobilized. I can no longer effectively use my computer. 🙁
 
Ouch.

Me and some guys rented a house for a year during Uni. One of them got drunk (he was an aggressive drunk) and put his fist through an internal partition wall. He didn't break anyhting in his hand, though.
 
Just think... if your hand made it through the wall, you probably wouldn't have broken anything. I think you're just weak. 🙂
 
Dorms are cheap surprised they even reinforced a non structural wall. However if it was in fact not reinforced you're still weak. 😛
 
In college, this girl I knew lived in an apartment down from mine and she liked to drink and get fucked up. So of course when it came spring time and moving out, she was busy patching up holes in the wall.

Also reminds me of the next year, when I lived with several other people in a house. We had a bunch of people over and were getting tore up, so my roommate decides the ceiling panels need to go. He smashed out over a dozen of them and got his hand bloody from hitting the wood framing. I think I have a short clip of it from my camera.

Funny part is in the morning it was all fucked up and we were like "shit, hope this doesn't cost us $100 to fix". Not long after, the landlord comes over and it's clearly all messed up as soon as he walked in. He just said something like "oh, have to get those replaced" and replaced them. Even got our whole security deposit back, LOL.
 
Was there a good reason to get angry or was it drunk angry? Alcohol just makes me happy and talkative I don't get people who get angry on booze.

Ah yes, someone back in high school got mad and punched a door - a heavy steel exterior door. The teacher said something to the effect of, "That was a really stupid thing to do. Go to the nurse."
And then his hand got all swelled up and gross.

Ditto, but I guess inebriation brings out the bottled up or covered up emotions. If you're suppressing anger, it's coming out when you're drunk. I'm not talking buzzed, I'm talking drunk drunk.
