I like cheap wine (not in general, but my favorite type of white wine sells for, like, $5/bottle in the deli up the street).

I've spent +$50 on good vodka, though.

I spent 60 bucks on a bottle of champagne. can't afford more than that.

hell can't even afford 60 bucks.

I spent $35 the other day on a bottle of Champagne Agrapart & Fils. Recommended by the wine shop across the street - I don't know much about brands. Tasty stuff.

Lifetime, about $5 million or so. I think I'd be retired by now if I didn't drink so much in my late teens and early 20's.

On a single bottle, I bought my girlfriend a bottle of Dom Perignon for graduation from college. With 2 crystal flutes it was close to $400, so figure around $350 for the bottle itself.

I can get Dom for around $100 a bottle. You got taken.

If you're buying Dom at $100 a bottle YOU are the one getting taken. Anything near that price is an inferior vintage and you're buying crap just to have a name on the bottle. You might as well buy Freixenet, it'll be just as good and you'll save $80.

I've gone ~$50 on a bottle of Johnny Walker Gold. I like scotch but wasn't really impressed....cost vs. enjoyment utility wasn't there. 6 more years age over Johnny Black isn't worth $25.

Closer to $200 for a Johnny Walker blue.

I wasn't satisifed, I could have gotten 6-7 bottles of black label which I say has the best price ratio.

However much a bottle of Grey Goose costs... $30 or something.

I am cheap. I just like drinking Steel Reserve and Jagermeister.

I don't believe in spending too much money to get drunk. If I am having a badass meal then I will pop 40- 50 on a bottle of wine (from a store). I almost never buy wine at restaurants, I would rather bring my own and pay the corking fee.
