I've seen Pet costumes around the last couple of years. At Petsmart and Target. Mostly Dog costumes, but i'm sure people dress up other animals for Halloween. It's probably kinda cruel...I don't think either of my dogs would like wearing a costume, and they'd probably try and get out of it. I guess they sell though, or they wouldn't be sold year after year. Though i can't help but laugh whenever i see a dog wearing a costume. I'm still kinda thinking about getting a costume for one of my dogs, would be funny when trick or treaters come over...plus i could take some good pictures to provide a lifetime of laughs. Just look at em' - Hah!

What's your stance on this pressing issue?

Cruel. The dog should get one free bite on each human that dresses them up and one free bite on people that think it's sooooooooooooooo cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute!!

I feel the same for people that find it necessary to dress up their babies in costumes.

most dogs I know are in good families and have good lives. They can suck it up and put on the costume for one night.

My GF got my mom a lady bug outfit for her dachshund. Looked pretty funny and it didn't seem to mind it on her.

I don't think it's so much cute as it is just hilarious to laugh AT them. Because they look soooo stupid.

Well, If i see the right costume for the right price, I just might do it. It's just hard to imagine my dog accepting to wear the costume :p
