Hi, I have limited experience visiting doctor's offices so I am asking how to dress appropriately for them. Is it fine to have jeans and a collared shirt with slippers or are shoes required?

You must wear a potato sack with holes cut out, otherwise they are likely to refuse you at reception.

There may not be a dress code, but wear real shoes, not slippers. Or they will just fall off when you get in the chair and someone might trip over them. So yea, real shoes. Don't wear a face mask. Or anything that might get in the way, like a turtle neck, or a really, really high collar. Other than that, they tell you to dress comfortable because you'll be lying there for a bit.

I recommend 2 whole garlic gloves and one raw onion for a brief snack pre-appointment.

when the dentist says, "open your mouth" be sure to whip it out. It's a common custom and it gets you half off on the bill if you follow it.

Hello guy. Wear whatever you want, also, those brown things outside are not hideous monsters, they're trees. May God have mercy on your soul and have a great day.

BOGS: Now I'm gonna open my fly, and you're gonna swallow what I give you to swallow. And when you do mine, you gonna swallow Rooster's. You done broke his nose, so he ought to have somethin' to show for it.

ANDY: Anything you put in my mouth, you're going to lose.

BOGS: You don't understand. You do that, I'll put all eight inches of this steel in your ear.

ANDY: Okay. But you should know that sudden serious brain injury causes the victim to bite down. Hard. In fact, I understand the bite-reflex is so strong the victim's jaws have to be pried open with a crowbar.
