Dremel, worth it?

I went ahead and ordered the RTX with the dremel 160pc accessory kit, dremel flex shaft, and dremel workstation. Some searching seems to indicate that all those items are compatable with the RTX. Total was less than $140 for all of it from amazon.

The Dremel flex shaft is okay for occasional use. The Dremel motor really isn't up to turning a flex shaft on a continuous basis though maybe the RTX is. If you find you need a flex shaft often then a Foredom (yes, they do cost more) is the way to go. The Foredom, with proper handpiece, accepts all the Dremel bits. We use both a Dremel and a Foredom.
