DreamWeaver X HTML = PHP nuke X PHP

The installation instructions should be included with the files. You have to simply upload them to a server that supports PHP and then install it.

I don't really understand your subject title, PHP Nuke is a content management system. As LoKe mentioned, you just simply upload your files to a server running PHP and MySQL, follow the install scripts and you'ready to go! PHP Nuke has NO relation to Dreamweaver. Nor is it used for editing PHP files or creating them.

You can most certainly edit/create PHP files with Dreamweaver; though, I prefer Notepad.

EDIT : Or are you saying you don't use PHP Nuke to create/edit PHP files?

I'm saying that PHP Nuke is NOT a PHP editor. 🙂

I'm well aware you can create PHP files with DreamWeaver, although I prefer WeBuilder.

PHP is a server side scripting language. If you want to use it, I'd suggest buying a book on PHP or spend a lot of time at php.net. PHP Nuke is just a content management system that utilizes php, it does not help in any way with php programming. If you have Dreamweaver, that can be turned into a PHP IDE to help with your programming but you'll need to install Apache, MySQL and PHP on your desktop, or have access to it remotely.

My suggestion: Visit Amazon and pick up a book or two on PHP.

I just totally understood what the OP meant: "DreamWeaver X HTML = PHP nuke X PHP"? WTF?

And then bumping his thread after a minute 😀
