Dreamweaver gurus: How to create a frameset that's smaller than window

Is there anyway to create a frameset that's smaller than the monitor window? I guess another way to specific is it "Is there anyway to specific the size of the frameset?"

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Use the <iframe> tag

hrmm ... I think I got it. There's an option on the frameset that lets you set the size of it and then you can put a layout table over it!

Second question, can you align a frameset to the center of the window? I've searched and searched ... but nothing is coming up. It's pinned to the top left hand corner.

frames REALLY suck. Use divs instead.

nooo! I originally had my whole layout with divs but then switch to frames because I wanted the navbar to target the mainframe. well now I'm using both frames and divs ... dunno if that's good or not.
