Saw some pictures and videos of this game. What is this game all about?

Third person action adventure? Or puzzle adventure?

Anybody who has played it please tell me if I should spend the 40 bucks on it.
 
7 minutes... have a little patience man. this forum doesn't move as quickly as offtopic.

I say yay, but as a game there really isn't much to play. it's an adventure game but the gameplay is very simple. the puzzles are all trivially easy. its strength is the plot and its presentation. it's more of an interactive adventure movie/book really. it's great if you enjoy plot more than gameplay, especially if you've played the first one and liked its plot. in summary, the plot > gameplay by far. whether you'd like it depends on your priorities.
