Dreamcast Maraca's??

The game that uses those maracas is supposed to be really fun, but it's expensive with the maracas. There is a sparkling review at IGN.

Samba De Amigo uses the maracas.

And the game is supposed to be one of the most fun games ever.

Samba de Amigo is a fun game, but frankly, the maracas suck:

1) the cords tangle up REAL easy while you're doing your shake shake shake swinging left and right.
2) the sensors suck. They're too slow, so for the hard songs where you have to move fast, they don't register your movements in time. Plus, it is real picky about the location.

so basically, I thought the game was pretty fun at the beginning, since the songs were easy, so you have a lot of margin of error. Plus it isn't too fast, so it gives the sensors enough time to read your movement. And then, once you get into the hard songs, you'll notice that the controller cannot keep up with the game's pace.
