Might be a local deal, but the advertised price at the CompUSA I went to in St. Louis was $14.48 or something, it rang up $9.99. Same product (Interact) advertised for $29.99 at Best Buy. Good luck.
A couple of things:
The Interact gun is really shoddy. I have one of those and the Mad Catz model and the second is far superior - the trigger mechanism on the Interact gun is just bad. One positive is that it is much better at "calibrating" than the madcatz gun. Also, the autofire/autoreload stuff works on the interact gun but not the Mad Catz one. Long story short - I wish Sega would just have released their gun in the United States. It seems like they are clearing out DC accessories (maybe to make way for ps2?). This could be a sign that they are getting rid of Dreamcast stuff entirely - kind of like they did with DVD's last month. Keep a look out on this. Maybe check what other stuff rings up as.
jebus: Silent Scope does not use a light gun at all. It would be impossible to play like that - no accuracy at all. Just trust me 🙂. Now if they released a sniper rifle periphreal with a little lcd screen inside it would rule.
deejaycee - Sega never released their VCOP2 port stateside did they?
