Sadly, its not going to happen ever. Sega was just bleeding money at that point and had to bail out of the console market.

hey, it could have been some old plans scrapped, if you look closely on the bottom of that disk, it appears to give a date, if I read it correctly, that's an "06" labled on there.

dreamcast was nice machine... the graphics were very nice at the time and the visual memory card was a revolutionary concept. too bad it wasn't executed to its fullest potential...

If you actually read the article it says that IGN made all those mockups... Its only a rumor. Theres not so much as a photogragh of evidence right now.
