oh god how I'd love to. The last time I saw them in Chicago they played two nights, the second they covered metallica's master of puppets album in it's entirety, it was awesome as hell. After the show the guys came out and we met them and hung out with them for a while. Petrucci who is not only one of the best guitarists I've ever seen/heard, he's also a really nice guy. He talked to us for like 10 minutes about random stuff.

I'm jealous. I saw them in Concord, CA with Satriani. They rocked way harder than Satch actually, even though Satch was supposed to be the headliner. That first got me turned on to Dream Theater
