I wouldn't really be comfortable picking out a $200k system either, but I could do $15k - $20k pretty easy ;)

About the HDDs, Again... I remeber previous versions of Windows had some sort of Access limit(Probibly allready solved)... They could only access this and this amount. How are you going to format the drives... How much goes to Windows Vista/XP(NTFS, and how much each), Linux(ext3?), Mac OSX(???*I am not sure what they use*???)

The Raid 5 setups would be EXT3 just because of how well it deals with fragmentation. There's a windows driver that would let me access them.

The boot drive setup would have a few partitions, one for each of those.
