i drank my coffee in the car and put it in the cup holder. i also bought one for my senior father. then i pick up the wrong coffee and left the one i drank on the cup holder. my father got the one on the cup holder.

gave him the wrong coffee and i already drank it.

i notice my lip is dry and a little bleed with dry blood. i dont know if this was after or before i drink the coffee.

my question is..... can my bleed dry lip or whatever germs i have.... drink coffee and accidently someone drink it.... will whatever germs i have be transfer to whoever drink it?

i told him that i gave him the wrong coffee. i said my mouth has lots of germs.... we dont want to hear it and we just like ok its done lets not make it a reckus. i told him to wash with mouth wash.

Is this a serious post? Unless either of you are severely immunocompromised or harboring some extremely virulent strain of HIV I wouldn't worry about it.

what if just plaque and tarter?

we dont have any serious stuff. no nothing. but maybe only germs.

i used to have lots of tarter on my teeth that i just cleaned from a dentist few months ago. will tarter connect? i mean if someone used to have lots of tarter.... but now it is cleaned..... will the tarter connect?

i have my own policy never let someone eat my left over. i dont feel right letting someone eat my germs. even if family member. they ask to eat my left over and i just refuse. this mix up coffee is really gets on my nerve but cant do nothing about it. only let him wash with mouth wash.

You do realize that your coffee cups have more micro fecal matter on them alone than the germs from your lips.
You can't escape exchanging germs with people, you exchange millions of germs everyday with complete strangers just by going to Walmart.

lol, fecal matter is seriously everywhere on every surface. Maybe it was that fat lady that didn't wash her hands or that mosquito bit into a mexican and gave him diarrhea, right on your door handle.

OP

nothing to worry about, let it go and move on.

to answer your question... yes of course. a little sampling of whatever was in your mouth is also in your cup. is this a concern... not unless you have an extremely contagious disease or THE FLU. if you have the flu then he probably got a good dose of it... then again, he would likely get the flu from you just from the fact that you touched his coffee cup.

don't worry... "germs" are absolutely everywhere. this is what your immune system is for... don't worry so much about the little things. and when you have the flu, stay away from elderly people if at all possible.
