Actually, Todd Blanche is currently in charge.

Before anyone starts celebrating, let’s just remember that Trump’s personal attorney is now running the entire Justice Department.
 
I guess when the Republicans said they were going to choose people based on "merit", not everyone had the same definition of "merit" in mind.

Zeldin is an asshole. That guy has been POS from the very beginning.

I remember when he just entered politics and when his platform was "Vote for me because I'm a vet" then he spent years misleading everyone about his service followed by being an unapproachable dick to his constituency.

Like him or hate him Rubio was a unanimous decision. Do I like what he stands for and what he's done? That's a different story. But he was qualified based on his background and committee work minus the management piece. Might not be a popular opinion but I feel he's one of the only ones.
