Eh, my brother listens to music like this (Dragonforce, Hammerfall, etc), but I'm just not a fan. I usually prefer louder or grungier music rather than the fast-paced rock, although I have listened to Manowar on occasion (Carry On is a good song :p).

Thats what I love about Dragonforce. Im not much of a heavy rock fan, but the fast beats just make the music so fun to listen to :D

I never really got into them until I listened to their "Inhuman Rampage" album. The guitar solos rock my face and the melodies from the vocalist are pretty nice.

Rhapsody
Hammerfall
Sonata Arctica
Dream Evil
Edguy
Iced Earth
Blind Guardian
Demons and Wizards
Symphony X

I listen to them seldomly, just for laughs. They're too extreme for their own good.

I just can't help but imagine an epic adventure with dragons and knights while I listen to this stuff. I seriously can't help but smile and laugh b/c every song is the same and it's so fast with some cool synth it's crazy. Also, does one of them have a keytar?

Yes, SOME being the operative word. After a few songs it gets repetitive. But Dragonforce is good mindless fun... for a while.

Can't wait until I make it to Through the Fire and Flames on GHIII. Almost there on Hard difficulty.

Make sure you wear a really long wig and fling your hair around, while occaissionally using one hand to brush your hair out of your face. It also helps to stop during the solo and drink a beer.
