For whatever reason my Dragon Plus board likes to randomly redetect USB devices. The worst part of this issue is that my mouse will pause and when it comes back it loses its speed/acceleration settings (very frustrating in the middle of a game of Medal of Honor). I have tried many different things to diagnose the problem, my board came with the BA2 bios, so I updated to BA3. I have tried just about every combination of BIOS settings including the fail-safe defaults. My board is set to "Normal" mode ... not "Turbo". I have tried my mouse on each of the 3 USB headers and no change. I have done a clean format several times and this includes trying it in Win98SE and WinXP Pro, problem exists in both operating systems. Anyone else have this problem and/or possibly have suggestions??? I love this board and have no other problems whatsoever, and the problem didn't exist when I had the original Dragon board with the same mouse (MS Intellimouse Optical).
