I havent done it myself, however under the advanced bios section in the CMOS you can switch between LOGO-0 (soyo logo) or LOGO-1 (users logo).

Beyond this stage I do not know, eg how / where to place your logo. It may give further instructions if you try it?
 
Yeah, well, I think it's safe to assume that people read that part of the manual and BIOS screen... I totally forgot about this thread, but since it got back towards the top, maybe someone can shed some light into this.
