Dragon Age progress

So how far has everyone gone in Dragon Age? I'm about 60% done with my 3rd playthrough and I'm up to 80%. Personally, I can't see where those other 20% are going to come from. Once I go through all the DLC again (only done it once) on Nightmare, I imagine I'll see like another 5%.

Has anyone gone above 90% completed?

I did one complete play through of everything and I think I got just over 50%.

No idea if this will help, but look at the achievements to see things you might not have done. Different choices in 'fork in the road' situations, exploring relationships with different characters, playing different classes/genders/races, possibly random encounters, completing all the DLC achievements also, completing all available quests of course. Completing objectives in a different order or with different characters.

Something tells me 100% in this game is pretty intense lol, I can think of so many things from my first play through that could be changed.

I played through once, started to play through again but got to the Fade part of the Mages Circle and stopped. I hate that part.

I always do that one first because it's my least favorite.

there is a mod/add on for the game that lets you skip the fade. you simply come out the other side with all the experience and stat bonuses you acquire in that area. Google "Skip the Fade"

Ya I used the skip the fade mod in my 3rd playthrough. Kinda wish there was also a "skip the whole dwarven part" mod.

I can understand skipping the fade but I loved the Deep Roads and the whole Branka arc. The political bits aren't quite as interesting but they hold their own.

How long of a game is Dragon Age?

I'm sure that it varies greatly, so what's the answer for both minimalist and completionist gameplay?

My quickest playthrough was about 30 hours on Hard.

My current playthrough is about 25 hours on Hard, but I'm screwing around a lot more, and I'm only about 60% done.

My first playthrough (which got wiped out in a hard drive crash) was about 50 hours on easy.

The game gets easier each time you play it, even if you increase the difficulty.

It's well worth it, though. Very fun game.

I'm nearing the end of Awakenings... only one play-through, I'm not enough of a completionist for multiple play-throughs unless the same is substantially different depending on what you do.

Origins on it's own I can't see being really different (overall) based on your choices (except for the big one or two at the end), but now that I've played Witch Hunt and Awakening I'd be interested in changing some things in Origins and seeing what implications that has.

Agreed, I like the Fade part...Sloth Demon in the Mages' Tower on the other hand...

Steam counter says I've crunched ~81 hours on three different playthroughs but haven't completed one yet. Can't remember how much I finished on my last one, still gotta redownload from a Windows reinstall.
