Dragon Age old DLC codes?

I just reinstalled Dragon Age after purchasing it from Direct2Drive a little over a year ago. I put a good chunk of time into it, and was smart enough to save my Characters folder. After reinstalling, I put my old Characters folder into the DA:O directory, but when I try to load my game it says it's incompatible as I don't have the Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor DLC on my PC.

I tried going back to Bioware's website and putting in my old promo code, and apparently it's a one-time use thing. Is there any way I can get back this extra content without having to pay for it? Plus, I don't even see the Blood Dragon Armor for purchase anywhere...

I can't re-download it through the Bioware site; says I've already redeemed the code previously. I logged on to the EA website but don't see anywhere to download it on there...

It's not available from the in-game content downloader either.

You download it in-game, not through the site, or so I thought. I don't have DA:O installed at the moment so I can't check which tab it's done through.

If you go to that screen while logged in in-game it should show that content as available and there should be a button to download it.

Hmm, that didn't do the trick either...however, I went to the EA support site (via Bioware's Support link), entered a live chat with an agent named "Rodney" (why do I not believe that's his real name?...), and he was able to manually add on the content within 5 minutes, and it's now downloading. Say what you will about EA's near-Activision levels of devouring studios; they have some darn good customer service.
