Is this Steamable?
If not, I'll wait for a deal on Steam.

Don't want to deal with EA's Origin nonsense.

I think you might be waiting forever. DA2 is not on Steam. In fact, I don't think it ever has been.

EA and Steam don't play nice anymore.

I played both DA2 and ME3 on Origin and only had one issue back in the spring where Origin would not launch ME3. This was fixed by installing the latest beta. I had no other issues with Origin and made sure it doesn't run at startup.

Yeah it sucks compared to Steam, but I'm not seeing what the big deal is with it - you have to run them to play the games (e.g., Steam for Skyrim) so either do it or do without.

This deal is easily worth $10 and will give a TON of playing time.

is the drm still crap? i liked the first one, but when my internet was dead one day it wouldnt let me play a saved game w/ dlc because it couldnt check in. if thats fixed id be down for this.

Not that you can probably directly compare it, but how does this game compare to Witcher 2? I absolutely loved the Witcher 2

I have the original DAO on CD, but ten bucks for the expansion (which I never got) and the sequel is still a sweet deal. We'll have to see how well I can stomach the DRM, though ... I may never actually install this.
