The exclamation mark at NPC(Suledin keep) means quest available but there is not one even if you speak 1000x to the guy,it's a bug, sure minor one but still a bug, should of got removed once the bridge etc is done.
Tip for anybody that gets stuck between rocks while jumping around(happened to me a few times) click on one of your group companions and walk away then your stuck character will appear with group.
Well, I can say that I've gotten that quest on both my play throughs, though one time I recall having difficulties. It opened up later. It might require you to construct the bridge or quarry. The explanation mark does not always mean the quest is instantly available, just that it is there.
Bridge is done already.one to dragons near quarry
I did find another new quest marker bug as well, one right outside the keep front gate , nobody is there, unless there is some secret underground entrance I don't know about, tried the search option with V key etc...
No idea what that one is about, regardless no way for me to interact with it.
Point is can be confusing for players on the first play through because they don't know what to do, due to it being a bug or not being updated, whatever you want to call it.
That is likely above or below you. I know in that zone there were 2 markers that I went to, only to find out they were accessible by cave, and another in a castle above me. I remember one in the Hinterlands as well, as it turns out, in a cave hidden behind a big bolder that I had to scale a wall to get to.
While it might be a little confusing, it is awesome when you replay the game and see how a different perspective solved the issues you had. A long as you aren't OCD, it is easy to just ignore something you haven't figured out yet. None of these things are game breaking in any way shape or form. I also judged the major before I completed the quest, and I even went to Skyhold to check out the cells (she's not there), but I do realize the quest was made moot once you sentence here.
Relax a bit. These are just quests that are made invalid due to other actions and in some cases, you just haven't discovered what needs to be done.
I had the no sound bug as well, happened twice in last hour when launching DA:I,wierd thing is if I close DA:I and go to my MP3 music in Windows Explorer they work fine.
Reboot normally fixes DA:I no sound issue.
FYI using Asus Xonar DX sound card, been solid for gaming in general.
Now that's a problem. I sometimes get a foliage flickering bug. A reboot usually solves that one too. I also wish they supported surround sound.
I'm 115 hours in, and there's been maybe 2 crashes and a handful of inconsequential quest bugs. Considering the complexity of this game it's basically been a top-notch experience from that perspective.
I'm half-way from level 19 to 20, debating whether to just go finish the game now instead of continuing to level up. There aren't any perks or skills that I want anymore, I'm just concerned at the relative lack of tier 3 weapon and armor schematics I've found. Seems like I should at least get some of the best gear before finishing off the main quest. While I may replay DAI, this combat isn't really interesting like DAO was... which is a game I replayed multiple times.

What class and specialization did you choose? I've found fun values vary from different classes. Archery is boring, and I found Knight Enchanter pretty boring too, while dual wield assassin and warriors (on nightmare difficulty) to be fun and mid to late game Rift mage was also fun.
My current playthrough is as an archer, and keep finding myself controlling Blackwall or Cassandra, not just due to necessity, but they end up more entertaining.
Ok you jerks I caved and bought the digital deluxe version of this game. You can stop pressuring me now. Geez.

Only pressure you have is 100 plus hours to play and finish the game, hope you got the time  .

A lot of fire and ice skills with some KE skills, btw got another bug ,you know Hissing Wastes well my character can't move from the first camp,I can move Sera,Cassandra etc but not my main character,it's like he is superclued lol ,I can access his inventory etc but not move him, going to reload an earlier save and see if it happens again.
Also the animations are passable at best, but that's not the engine's fault. Bioware games have always had terrible to passable animations.
Also I have one other thing that's been grating me. How the f8ck do I use more abilities than what I have on the battle menu? After getting to Skyhold I realize that instead of Might Blow being mapped to the X button, I now have Mark of the Rift or something.
I want to change it back, but I still want access to Mark of the Rift..
OK got it. That's really stupid though. You only can access 8 abilities at any one time, even on K&M interface? D:
They need to patch that ASAP, but I doubt they will do so as it must have been a design decision; likely for the consoles.. This series' PC roots have been stripped away completely with DAI. The strategic element is all but gone, no auto attack, limited to 8 abilities on all platforms..
While I am definitely enjoying DAI, I won't be so eager to preorder the next one if they insist on rampant consolization for the series..
