Kept saying unavailable until i F5'd enough that it said available so i picked it up, that's 13 bucks off the steam price.

It will show as unavailable until you click on PC Download. Unfortunately I went through most of the order process and when it came to the "Place Order" icon it remains grayed out and it's not possible to get to the point of downloading. Not sure what the problem is.

Edit: Problem resolved. You have to have 1-click enabled to be able to download games from Amazon. Would have been nice if they made that a little clearer so I could already be playing.

Took an hour 10 mins to download about 12 mins to install and installed the downloadable extra content then got the hi res texture pack. All works fine, verified and activated. I can even get 20 FPS with everything maxed out (except AA and DOF)
