I wouldn't go to teh draft. Because it's not worth dying for! The government is only thinking about themselves! Has anyone seen that movie farenhight 9/11? Well if you seen it then you know what's going on with the government.

No way in hell I'd ever join the army. The heroes of this country wanted freedom, and any draft, in any form, is anti-American. If a certain threat is not imporant enough to mobilize young people volunitarily, it is not worth fighting for. And if young people don't deem the country worth fighting for, then whose fault is that? Not the young people's. Take a look at those old folks in Washington who have had their heads up their asses for so long that they don't give a sht about your son or daughter.

I will never support a draft in America. It was wrong in every instance, it should not be allowed.

that plus im a pus$y 🙁

my friend is over there so i support him though, but me.. i wouldnt last.

Since it's nearly impossible to be registered as a conscientious objector, I'd probably get carted off to jail.

Everywhere you go now, theres people jacking other peoples things. Because they have no money.

God forbid they should actually DO something about their situation. You know, go to shool, get a job instead of leaching off the government. I hate that they take out of my pay to handle these sh!tbags who stand there with thier hand out and blame the white man for everything.

Why should he? If he is a citizen it is his prerogative to make this country a better place to live.

Bullshit. He's another one of the mindless drones blaming Bush for everything. You're right, it IS his perogative to get the fvck off his ass and improve himself and his country, but no, he's gonna sit on his ass and be an armchair politician. Kerry lost. Get over it.

We don't live at or under the will of the government, it lives under us.
Your country? Seems to me that your employment is thanks to communal tax revenues, even those you so crudely criticize.

America is supposed to be different that the rest of the world. We are supposed to let our people do whatever they want so long as it isn't hurting anyone else. Like I said, if the government is worth fighting for or the threat is serious enough, then the people will decide and take up arms if needed.

In times of real crisis, such as World War II and the Revolutionary War, Americans have proven themselves willing to fight voluntarily for a righteous government (I realize there was a draft in WWII but most volunteered before being forced to enlist).

When has the draft proved useful? Unneccessary involvement in World War I, Korea, Vietnam? It has never been useful.

I won't allow myself to be drafted. I won't get the fsck out of my country either. If a serious threat was posed to America I would join the armed forces, but just because an out-of-touch old man in Washington says we are in danger doesn't make it so (and history has proved it often isn't).

Sounds like you should learn a bit about the values of the nation you're defending.

I would gladly go over and kick NK's butt, but I'm in the same boat as you.

God bless the armed forces, they're just doing their jobs.

I doubt my country would ever be involved in a draft and I sincerely hope I never live to see one in the US!

Take a pill to make my blood pressure abnormally high. Then i'd fail the physical.

Get a liberal doctor to write me a note saying i'm mentally unstable. Manufacture some fake prescription records for anti-deppresants.

If all else fails, just move away.

This of course assuming i'd be drafted to fight in this pointless war.
