By that's beside the point...AM is producing some stunning hardware, no matter what you say about their drivetrain...

And the guy designing these things USE to work for BMW.

AM's have ALWAYS been SWEET SWEET cars. the drivetrain is always good enough but not necessarily what AM's are known for.

still i wouldn't mind having an AM.

Its also more expensive than any car BMW produces for consumers. Aston Martin has alot of leeway in design.

No. But BMW doesnt have the same buisness as Aston Martin. BMWs are relatively mass produced. Aston Martins, like Rolls Royce, Bentlys, and several other cars, are hand made.

Sure Bangle has done a horrible job at BMW. But even the cheapest Aston Martin, the Baby Aston(AMV8) is $170,000. Sure some of its because low production due to the building process. But Aston Martin holds a higher standard to design. Will BMW ever create a mass produced car that will rival an Aston Martin. No.
