So far my favorites for diet soda have been:

1. Barq's rootbeer
2. Cherry Pepsi
3. Dr. Pepper (most inconsistent flavor wise)
4. Coke
5. Sunkist

I need to give the 10 stuff a try.
 
Dr Pepper 10 still had the aspartame aftertaste when I tried it. Tasted basically like Diet Dr Pepper as far as I can remember (I don't drink the diet one much).
 
Our work building vending machines still only have regular and diet DrPs. I guess I will have to go to a c-store to try one out. I do like their commercial "Only for men".

Is this one of those things that will come to Canada for a month and disappear, leaving me heartbroken? Seriously, wtf happened to Pepsi Throwback? 🙁

Tasted like drano to me, I didn't care for it. Coke Zero > The world. It's that simple, nothing else can come close.

If you think Coke Zero tastes like Diet coke you don't deserve to live in America and you hate freedom.

I have recommended Coke Zero to many, many people. Once in a blue moon I come upon a person who says they prefer Diet Coke, or that they can't tell the difference. To a one I stab them there on the spot and let them bleed out, it's what they deserve for their insolence.

Most of them aren't actually 0 calories, but it's close enough that the FDA lets them label it as such.

Remember, technically correct is the best kind of correct.

Seriously, Coke Zero is as nasty as Diet Coke.
 
I tried it, and I like it. Coke Zero has been my go-to cola for a while now, but the taste is drastically different from regular Coke. I still like it, but I get sick of it from time to time.

Dr Pepper Ten is reasonable close to the taste of normal Dr Pepper. My biggest concern is the caffeine content, since I can chug these without feeling as guilty as if I were chugging full-calorie cola.

I stopped drinking regular Dr. Pepper a few years ago because it gave me stomach aches like other regular sodas do. Now, I mostly stick to Coke Zero, Diet Coke, and the vending machine at my work stocks Diet A&W Root Beer so I drink that every once in awhile too. I'll have to try Dr. Pepper 10 out...
 
I like it. It tastes better than diet without the calories of regular. By not going full diet the taste is a lot better, more companies need to go this route.

Strange, that happened in the US, but then a year or so later it basically became permanent. I like it quite a bit better than Pepsi because it's not as "in your face sweet."

I sure hope DP10 will be around for a while. It really is a good balance with the calories. Their over the top marketing campaign for guys seems to be working as well. At the very least it makes guys open towards giving it a try.
