His link is like one of those sights advertising the free ipod and what not from what i saw. I dont believe this is allowed. I dont think any action should be taken other than removing that from his sig.

Can anyone verify if this is allowed or not?

Now it's linking to a money pyramid scam.

The link it to a site that sends you spam then pays you for every one you read. Is it different then when this thread was started, or has it always been this? Is it AT Illegal?
