most of the ingredients look ok, but sorbitol does cause diahrrhea (or, as it is currently known, "anal leakage&quot

I've never tried a colon cleanser, but most of them are just high in fiber. Are you also looking to remove toxins?

last i checked these types of things were just urban myths. sure they clean, but they don't really do that much for you, healthwise.
