he died like 2 years ago. it's a rerun.

either way... the episode when Dr Carter reads the letter STLL makes me cry.

I actually never got to see the series. It is still on right? (new episdoes....?)


I hope the syndication will somehow catch up.


I wonder if they will ever have DVD's or something. I realize the drama is many times overly used to the point of exhaustion, yet I'm hooked.

syndication eps are only like a year behind. at least those are the 11pm ones on Sat and Sun around here. TNT daytime ones are a couple years further back.

that was on TNT today, wasn't it?

what a sad episode. one of only three television episodes that I've ever actually cried over (the other two were eps of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. heh). both Doc Green and Elizabeth are my favorite ER characters, and the way they killed him off was far sadder than anything else that's happened on that show.

in fact, that version of that song they were playing in the background (Somewhere Over the Rainbow... forget who did that version) still kinda makes me tear up 😉
 
damn, i was hoping that one was actually tomorrow.....the ep where the letter gets sent to the er is tomorrow though isn't it? as the first ep today was in the er, not in hawaii?
and i still tear up at that episode....

loki, i feel u on that song...i love it, and yet, when used in sad scenes, damn if it doesn't make me feel even sadder....btw, its by israel kamakawiwo'ole. try and say that 3 times fast🙂

ah. I knew there was a reason I didn't remember the name 😉 I can't remember words that I can't say aloud. hehe.

the ep with the letter was today (4/1). I get home from work at 9:30 am, so watching the TNT episodes at 10 am and 11 am is kinda my pre-bedtime thing. heh. I didn't catch the 10 am episode since I got out of work late (stupid clients and their need to have me fix their servers), but the second episode was the one with the letter.
