Heh, this made me have a good laugh.

Woman signed a prenup. Wants divorce. Wants $2m/month for "expenses"

Laundry and cleaning $10,000 a month
-- Clothes $135,000 a month
-- Education (tuition and living expenses) $60,000 a month
-- Entertainment $900,000 a month
-- Charitable contributions $125,000 a month
-- Mortgage. $100,000 a month
-- Telephone, cell phone, e-mail $20,000 a month
In all, she says she actually has a monthly nut of $2,530,000

Ahhhh good ol' lawyers.

But in all seriousness - if he did abuse her (which is part of her accusations) then by all means rip the guy a new one.

By that logic we should tax anyone who makes more than 25 million a year at one hundred percent.

Which, actually, might solve some of our societies issues.

All part of the negotiations. Aside the fact the it's a daily mail article, so facts should be checked, I am most curious about the status of the prenup. She claims that he ripped it up 2 years into the marriage, was the prenup signed as part of the marriage (aka legit?). I'm assuming so, so just tearing it up probably won't do much good.

Besides that, they had two kids together and she's been with him for 25 years, the guys worth around 800million, I don't personally care if she hits him up for 25mill per year.

However, I agree with @nakedfrog , that communications bill looks a bit overblown.

and the laundry and clothes per month? It makes no sense....unless @ponyo is doing her handbag shopping every month.

Well, yea, I suspect she has clothing that isn't just wash 'n fold type stuff. It's all part of the negotiation, but I'm still curious about the prenup status.

Let her have it. It's only money. He has a lot of it and won't miss it. Didn't Jeff Bezos get divorced? His wife got $150 million dollars and NOBODY cared! Literally...

I'm pretty sure she got more than $150 mil in the divorce. You don't divorce the richest man on Earth and only get the paltry sum of $150mil especially when no prenup was signed.

actually Bezos' wife got something like $40 billion, which meant a lot of people on the wealthiest people in the world list suddenly had to slide down a spot, lol.

In fact, I think she became something like the 5th wealthiest person in the world this week? (Wealthiest woman, for sure, anyway)

That is the silliest list I have ever seen.

900K a month for entertainment. WTF!

Also for anyone wondering, tearing up a copy of a legal document doesn't negate it. Not that's it's been confirmed that Dre even did that....

Lawyers will be happy to provide you with a fresh copy anytime.

anyway, I agree that this is just negotiation step 1, so nothing really to report (it is the Daily Fail, after all)

She'll be happy to walk away with ~$10m/year in the end.

Yet $1,000 a month for each American is asking way to much.

Screw all the electricians, plumbers, trash/sewer workers, construction crews etc.
Seriously, F*** them, how dare they work their hats off to build and maintain our country.

Minimum wage is far to good for those peasants, and they dare to ask for a UBI.

Seriously though, these people deserve an 80+% tax rate. $250,000/month is still an insane amount.
What the hell do they do that makes them even 10x better, let alone 400x better than a hard working American?
