The latest client is quite well behaved in background mode, and the annoying FTP problem is fixed in the latest version (442b)

Sometimes because results go via other upload sites, points get credited twice then have to be removed later.

I've had points deducted too and I know the question as to why and how that happens has been asked on the DPAD forums although I don't think it got answered

Every DC project has its quirks and I guess this one is DPAD's quirk.

When I've hit 50k in S@H I plan to switch my 2nd rig to DPAD ,CBA to wait until it ends (that's as long as BBR stays a long way behind!:roll: )

That rig uses SDR RAM ,how much of a hinderance to DPAD is that?

It may be a sizeable performance hit. I've noticed DPAD _really_ likes fast memory and a good amount of memory bandwidth.

Hmm ,maybe I should swap out the mbrd & RAM ,the Asus A7V600's are quite cheap ,as is DDR
