I'm not sure where the extra came from other than the previous day was kind of low. Still looking to catch up with Z in 2 months. Maybe I'll spring for a Phenom by then. My older socket 754 computer is getting a little dated (for me, anyway). Perhaps I'll turn it into a Windows HomeServer so that it can keep DPAD running.

Thanks for keeping the Stats coming !!

No probs :), & any excuse to keep an old rig ;),what CPU has it got?
I've still got my Cel 366 @550 running Win 98 for old games!. Last DC it did though was SETI classic over 3.5 yrs ago ,IIRC it did a WU in about 10.5hrs. Not worth running DC on it now ,though for fun I might just benchmark DPAD on it.;)

Good to see you post too  ,what rig are you crunching on?

It's an Athlon 64 3200+. It's pretty dated, but I'll probably be adding some more modern equipment in the next couple of months.

There is a 3.0 ghz Core 2 Duo system I'm going to buy soon, and I'll probably pick up a core 2 quad to crunch with as well. I would buy them now but I'm trying to get a new apartment and I want to make sure I can cover the initial investment of that before I buy them.

Edit: I would overclock it, but the reason I stopped crunching with it was it started overheating on me. I finally got that fixed, but I am loath to push it any harder than stock anymore.

That'll be a whopping big boost to your crunching output! :D

What caused the overheating problem & what temps were you getting?

Btw my 2nd rig is a S754 Sempron 3100 o/ced to 2.5GHz, running DPAD it hits about 50-52C (CPU core temp).

I wasn't running any monitoring software at the time and my computer kept restarting itself, eventually I checked the CPU temp and it was hitting close to 80C. Turned out the CPU cooler had a layer of dust that the cans of compressed air wouldn't remove.

I had to borrow a friends air compressor to blow it out. To put it mildly it hasn't really been the same since it hit those high temps and I'm just glad it still functions.

As far as current temperatures it stays about 53-54C at full load.
