Looking at the freeDC stats that seems to be Jons average output atm!:Q, I'm sure he's doubled it from a few months or so ago!

I found a remote PC that hadn't dumped in almost 30 days. It had lost it's wireless connection. While that PC isn't a hot performer, a 30 day dump is still impressive.
