If so, can I hide my location, the US, and watch it via the net?
It doesn't come out here until January.
I as thinking about aquiring it earlier and having folks over to watch.

Really? I didn't think it was due until next year. I guess I'll have to look around for it. BBC shows it online? If so, I'll try Tor with a UK exit node. Expat Shield doesn't appear to have a GNU/Linux client.
 
I've been watching. One of my favorite series in a long time. I'm not sure what I like about it. Anyone describing it, I'd think it was a soap opera, which I despise, but they do something that works.

I agree, it's kinda like Mad Men in that it's not choreographed like a soap opera so it feels much more genuine. Plus the acting is terrific and the attention to detail is meticulous.

It absolutely is a soap opera, just gussied up to look nice with proper production and yes, good actors. But if you read the script and someone said it was "Days of our Lives", you'd believe them.
 
Finale was yesterday, did anyone else catch it? The Thomas drama got a little annoying but nice way to go out with that bastardized version of Baseball they play. Of course the season will be known mostly for
Sybil's death
but it was just as good if not better than the other 2 seasons even with Bates behind bars most of the time here.
