Downsampling + SweetFX - Help needed!

Hello, i want Downsampling on FullHDx2 res. (3840x2160). I've got GPU Scaling at CCC unticked and everything seems to work fine, till i start changing the resolution to higher then my monitor specifies. I can't set the resolution to 3840x2160 on Desktop, it says: Windows could not change your display to this resolution...
It doesn't work in games either. I've got 7950 and 1920x1080 Phillips.
I followed this guide: http://www.youtube.com/watch?annota...&feature=iv&src_vid=XXBnA8Xbka4&v=AvdRDD8_uXE
What should i do to make it work?

Yeah and to the SweetFx topic: I need some extreme settings on that, i don't really know which settings to slide to max and which leave alone.

(sorry for my english, I'm not used to it)

Thank you very much for help.

You'll probably get more response if you post this in VC&G forum (video cards and graphics). I'm almost certain that someone there will know how this is done.
