Downloanding at 1.29 M bits/ sec.. is this good?

I'm downloading the Silent Hill demo at Gamespy, and since I'm a member I get to use the DL manager. I'm at 1.29 M bits,a dn wanted to know if this is good?

I have Comcast Cable.

btw.. what do you guys usually average when Downloading?

No it's not.

if he has 250KB then hes about double your speed.

8 bits to a byte so 1.29 Mbits /8 ~= 161K

On Comcast, my burst seems to be around 700 KB/s... but max sustained I've seen is 390 KB/s

Capped cable connection. Typical of cable connections, upload is considerably slower.
