Is there anywhere i can download a self-extracting bootdisk file to make a windows 98se bootdisk?

You can create a Win98 boot disk from within Win98.

Open Control Panel. Select Add or remove Progams. In one of its menus is a command to create your own Win98 emergency boot disk. Follow the on screen instructions.

No downloading is necessary.
