Download ton of WUs for offline computer?

Is it possible to download like 100 WU's or so for an offline computer, I'm going on vacation for a month and the computer will be offline... But I want to do SETI!

If you have problems not getting enough WU's with SETIQ ,move the WU's to another directory & then restart SETIQ ,it'll then get a load more & you can move the other WU's back in afterwards

I'm not sure downloading a month of WUs will be worthwhile, though. Doesn't SETI recycle their WUs every week?

There are lots of other projects you could do for that month. Gamma Flux, and RC5 to name a few.

Edit: Never mind OGR; this round will be over in less than a month!

He'll still get credit for doing them ,& WU's are crunched at least twice anyway

Yeah, I'm pretty sure SETI sends out the WUs 2 to 3 times each.

If not setiq, try seti hide. Its really, really easy to use.

Has SETIhide effected your WU times?

I'm gonna betrying it on another system soon so I can easily hide the client

Not really. I dont use it anymore sinc i got a cable modem. When the servers go down, i am happy doing rc5.

The only problem i had with it was when i downloaded large amounts of wus. Every once in awhile, it would keep downloading wu's and not stop and the cache limit i had set.
