I upgraded my computer recently and now my download speeds have gone form 3.5kb sec to almost not being able to download at all. Most of
the time when my download finally is almost complete, it will stop with the message "not able to download connection with server reset". My OS is
Win XP, P4 2.0, Asus MB P4b533, 512mg DDR, USR 56k external V92 Modem. Before I upgraded I Was running the same OS with no trouble. I have
a dedicated phone line w/cat 5 cable. All Help appreciated.
